08/28/2023 ~ CIA Services has mailed to all owners a ballot and a personal PIN # to enable you to vote online at CIA Services.
It is very important to take a few minutes and place your vote! CIA Services will be providing a few different methods for voting to choose from. Please use whatever is most convenient for you, but please vote!
Update on the Deed Restriction Amendment
I hear that residents are still getting letters. That’s unfortunate. We may need to go with the 4.13 route.
